The Bluecoat School

The Chapel Block at The Bluecoat School in Edgbaston had recently had its 29year old Hoval boiler condemned and the block was without heating. Midland HVAC undertook the project at short notice with a complete turn around in 2 weeks.

The old boiler, pipework and electrical supplies were removed and disposed of, the boiler room walls and floor were painted and 2 new Remeha Quinta Ace boilers were installed along with new pipework, Grundfos Magna1 pumpset, Mikrofill pressurization sets and a plate heat exchanger to seperate the boiler circuit from the existing system.
